Reviews and Ratings
I stayed in one of the Deluxe rooms, which was large, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The room was lovely and spacious, but the standard double bed could have been a bit larger for the space available. The hotel offers everything you could need, making it a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel is like a small village beautifully decorated in a superb location with fantastic cafe options nearby, but struggles with accessibility for those with mobility challenges. The rooms have a stylish stainless steel bar and spacious seating area but suffer from a leaking shower. The service is hit-or-miss with some charming and helpful staff but lapses in housekeeping. The dining experience is subpar, resembling a bad B&B from decades past, serving limited and low-standard options with undertrained staff. The facilities are somewhat lacking.
The hotel had some positives like well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable rooms but on the downside, they were smaller than expected. The staff was generally helpful and pleasant. The location was serene with beautiful surroundings and access to various attractions. The dining experience offered good quality food but lacked some variety. Overall, a cozy stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were first class, with a comfy bed and impeccable cleanliness. The bathroom was immaculate, and the stone mullion window added a touch of heaven with the scent of wisteria. However, being in a disabled room next to the cleaners' cupboard was a significant downside to my otherwise great room experience.
